Euthanasia Visits
Losing a pet, regardless of the circumstances, entails bidding farewell to a unique and cherished part of your life. The departure of a family pet is one of the most challenging and significant moments one can experience. Research has affirmed that, for most individuals, the loss of a pet is nearly equivalent to losing a human loved one in various aspects.
Pets, be they dogs or cats, typically find visits to the vet uncomfortable, even when in good health. Opting for an in-home euthanasia appointment alleviates the stress and burden, allowing you and your pet to remain in a familiar and comfortable environment. Deciding to say 'goodbye' to a beloved pet is one of the most challenging choices a pet owner faces. Moore Veterinary Clinic understands this and strives to ensure that the procedure is as calm and tranquil as possible for both you and your pet.
Sedation is included in all euthanasia visits, and we allocate 1-2 hours for these appointments. If you have a Quality of Life evaluation or a pet undergoing Hospice Support, please inform us promptly if the recheck may lead to a euthanasia appointment, allowing us to schedule accordingly.
